Kim Miller

Kim Miller has worked in the real estate industry for 25 years. She began her career in college working for Erwin & Associates, which later became Source 3 Investments, and subsequently worked for Lincoln Property Company, TLS & Associates, Myers Commercial, and Merit Texas Properties. These different positions afforded her the opportunity to work in different capacities: Secretary to Partners, VP’s, company owners, and brokers, as well as office management, property management, and HR.

After the birth of her second child in 1993, she chose to stay at home with her children. During this time, she worked out of the home transcribing various real estate reports and medical reports. She also spent 5 years as the Director of Kids Day Out at First Baptist Church Irving. The Miller family lived in Irving for 16 years and was very active in church, school and sporting events.

In 2001, Kim’s family relocated to the growing town of Justin, 30 minutes north of Fort Worth. She became a part-time sales assistant for DR Horton in the neighborhood where she lived. She sold over 70 homes in 2 years working only 2 days per week in various neighborhoods within the DR Horton West division.

Hap Baggett was the developer of the Justin neighborhood and Kim worked closely with his office regarding matters relating to the sale of lots, the construction of homes, and the homeowners association. In March 2004, Kim made the commitment to begin a full-time position with Synergy Properties Group. She now assists Hap with his personal, business, and charity matters, and the daily management of the office. Kim is a member of the EDC 4A in the City of Justin and is involved with the Speedway Children’s Charities as a representative of Hap and Synergy.

Kim has been married to Wayne since 1986. They have a son and daughter and are very involved in the kids’ activities. They enjoy motorcycle riding, quiet weekends when possible, and anything NASCAR.
