A 1977 graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Bill began his professional career with Johnson & Johnson as a Microbiologist. Bill’s first Management position was as a first line supervisor in the Maintenance and Engineering Department in 1978 for Devro, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson). By 1980, Bill had been promoted to Maintenance and Engineering Manager. His area of responsibility included the supervision of five engineers, two supervisors, and one-hundred and thirty mechanics and the administration of a ten million dollar budget. During his first five years with Johnson and Johnson, he received four promotions.

In 1982, he became associated with Clayton, W. Williams, Jr. in the development of a one hundred and fifty acre, 1.2 million square foot multi-use development to include the ClayDesta Center, a 600,000 square foot office building with a 50,000 square foot atrium under roof. As General Manager for the ClayDesta Corporation, Bill was responsible for the negotiation of a $44,700,000 financing of the ClayDesta Center in 1985, and was personally responsible for the leasing of over 500,000 square feet of office space in the ClayDesta Development. Additionally, he was involved in the purchase of a private hospital for relocation and expansion, and presented the concept to a group of twenty-nine physicians, who ultimately became partners in the private hospital with Clayton W. Williams, Jr.

Bill became an independent in commercial brokerage in 1988. He founded Southwest Commercial Investments, Inc. (SCI) in 1988 in Midland, Texas. Over the next 15 years he developed strong relationships with Independent Oil and Gas investors.On behalf of these clients he acquired, managed, and sold over 6 million square feet of retail, office, multifamily, and industrial buildings throughout the Midwest and Southwest. In 1993, Bill founded Grandview Management Group, Inc. which managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial properties in Midland.This company was sold to Transwestern Property Management in 2003. Bill and his company also became the Exclusive Tenant Representative for Starbucks in West Texas.

In July 2003, Bill moved from Midland to Southlake, Texas. Bill is currently Senior Vice President for Synergy Properties in Fort Worth. In the past thirty-six months, he has delivered over $408 million dollars in equity to commercial transactions in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton Counties. Bill is currently the lead broker in four different transactions that total more than $133 million dollars in total value. Additionally, Bill was responsible for the purchase and development or Bell Station in Hurst, Texas. This project is a mixed use and residential development which is developed on land purchased from Bell Helicopter.

Bill currently represents MHJ Enterprises, the largest Sonic Franchisee, on all Sonic locations in Tarrant County. Bill currently owns forty percent of BBL Falcon Industries, an oil field service company with offices in Midland and Decatur, Texas. With extensive experience in Management, Finance, Investment Strategies, and Commercial Brokerage, Bill has the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, find equity capital, negotiate financing, and develop an investment strategy for any type of commercial property.
